Your commercial
infrastructure for entering Europe
We coordinate the buyer access, distributor relationships, and market-entry workflows that international manufacturers need to enter Europe — without building a local office. Founder-led. Based in Slovenia.
Buyer access, distributor coordination,
market-entry structure.
AGROO is not a sourcing company, not a logistics broker, not a consulting firm. We coordinate the commercial workflows that get international manufacturers into European buyer relationships — and keep them there.
Manufacturers don't pay for leads or outreach campaigns. They pay for distributor onboarding, buyer development, MOQ coordination, and the certainty that their EU expansion is being managed by someone locally accountable.
That is what AGROO does — and why the relationship stays valuable well beyond the first deal.
Three infrastructure layers.
One coordinated system.
AGROO is structured as three connected commercial layers — each one builds on the previous, creating coordination depth that grows with the partnership.

Supply-chain diversification
creates real buyer demand
European buyers — retailers, distributors, industrial procurement teams — are actively reducing dependency on single-source supply chains. This is creating real, funded purchase intent for manufacturers from India, Turkey, ASEAN, and the UAE who can demonstrate credible EU presence.
The gap is not product quality. Most of the time it is the absence of a local coordination layer: someone accountable in Europe who can manage buyer relationships, handle documentation, and ensure commercial continuity after the first shipment.
That is exactly what AGROO provides — for manufacturers who are ready to enter European markets seriously.
Positioned at Europe's
Adriatic entry point.
Koper sits at the top of the Adriatic — the most direct maritime route from Asia and the Middle East into Central Europe. Austria, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia are all reachable within 48 hours by truck from Koper.
Combined with Slovenia's EU membership and stable regulatory environment, this gives AGROO genuine operational proximity to Central European buyers — not a remote coordination service, but a locally present partner.

Five operational stages.
One long-term infrastructure.
AGROO is not a project engagement. It is an ongoing commercial infrastructure relationship — built in stages, sustained permanently.
Why the partnership
grows more useful over time
Most commercial relationships peak at the first transaction. With AGROO, value accumulates: buyer relationships deepen, distributor trust builds, and market knowledge compounds with each engagement.
Manufacturers who try to manage European buyer relationships remotely — without a locally present, accountable partner — find that response times, contract negotiations, and distributor management all suffer. The coordination overhead becomes a constraint on growth.
That is the practical reason AGROO partnerships are structured as long-term engagements, not one-off projects.
Manufacturers do not pay for leads, emails, or outreach tools. They pay for distributor onboarding, buyer development, MOQ coordination, documentation workflows — and the certainty that someone locally accountable in Europe is managing their commercial relationships day-to-day.
Manufacturing sectors
we actively coordinate for.
AGROO's infrastructure is sector-agnostic by design, but our buyer network and trade corridor experience is deepest across these categories.
Founder-led.
Personally accountable.
I built AGROO to solve a specific, practical problem: international manufacturers with genuinely competitive products cannot access European markets because they lack local commercial coordination — someone in Europe who can develop buyer relationships, manage distributors, handle documentation, and stay engaged after the first shipment.
Based in Koper — 15 km from the Port of Koper, the fastest sea entry point from Asia into Central Europe — I manage every partnership directly. Engineering background, hands-on B2B commercial experience across multiple industries, multilingual negotiation capability, and direct working relationships with European buyers, distributors, and logistics operators.
AGROO is founder-led because that is what makes the most sense at this stage: the relationships, the judgment, and the local accountability are mine. For manufacturers entering a new market, knowing exactly who is on the other end matters.
